Project Description
Matrix completed the abatement of all interior surfaces of the 9 level tower prior to demolition by others. The abatement scope included fireproofing, pipe insulation, lead shielded walls and flooring. Also included was the removal of the exterior windows that had PCB sealants up to 360,000 Parts Per Million.
