virgil Crawl Space EncasementMatrix was contracted to complete the asbestos abatement and contaminated soils removal of the Main Building at Virgil MS.  After removing approximately 18" of soil from the 12,000 SF crawl space, it was determined the only way to ensure public safety was to encase the entire space in concrete.  We completed the project by pouring 100 yards of concrete, all inside of an active containment.
